Our services are educational and advisory in nature. They are not legal advice, not financial or investment advice, and not a guarantee of any funding, loan, revenue, or business outcome. Funding-readiness services help prepare and position a business; they do not provide or promise capital.
Package prices are listed on our website (Business Clarity Consultation $75, Business Startup Package $297, Funding-Ready Blueprint $197; tax preparation quoted separately). Payment is due at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed. Scheduling and delivery details are confirmed by email after purchase.
You agree to provide accurate information and to make your own decisions regarding your business. You are responsible for any filings, fees, or third-party costs (e.g., state formation fees) unless expressly included in your package.
Materials, templates, and guidance we provide are for your own business use and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tameeka Monique Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
