We want you to feel confident booking with us. This policy explains how refunds work for our consultations and packages.
The Business Clarity Consultation ($75) is refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Within 24 hours of the appointment, or after the consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
For the Business Startup Package ($297), the Funding-Ready Blueprint ($197), and tax-preparation services, refunds are available before work has begun. Once we have started preparing your filings, documents, or deliverables, the service is non-refundable because the work reflects time and preparation already performed. Any third-party or government fees (for example, state formation fees) are non-refundable once paid to the third party.
Email tameekadunning@yahoo.com with your name and the service purchased. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
